1. Usage:

1.1 This equipment is mainly used for vacuum bright gas quenching of cold and hot working mold steel, high-speed steel, mold steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials. It can also be used for vacuum hydrogen removal of titanium alloy, aging treatment of aluminum alloy (recovery to T6 after brazing), and vacuum brazing.

2.4 This equipment has two types: horizontal and vertical. For long rod and overweight workpieces, a vertical bottom loading vacuum quenching furnace can be used to achieve vacuum quenching, solid solution, aging, brazing and other treatments for oversized, overweight, and ultra long workpieces.
