Our technical personnel can arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shanghai, and Northeast China within 4-8 hours. Other regions can arrive within 16-24 hours depending on the distance from our company.

The operation process of difficult faults and equipment overhaul projects is as follows:

1、 Communicate clearly about equipment malfunctions through network or telephone, and analyze the cause of the malfunction.

2、 Confirm whether it is necessary to go to the user's site, and if so, confirm the arrival time.

3、 Arrive at the user's site.

4、 Analyze and troubleshoot the cause of the malfunction on site, and propose solutions.

5、 Confirm the repair plan and the time and cost required for the repair.

6、 Confirm the technical specifications of the repaired equipment.

7、 Sign the contract.

8、 Pay the advance payment.

9、 Prepare spare parts after receiving the advance payment.

10、 Repair.

11、 Equipment acceptance.

12、 Pay the balance.

1、 Spare parts can be purchased by users themselves according to the procurement list provided by our company. If we need to purchase them on behalf of our company, only cost fees will be charged.

2、 After confirmation, users who need to provide technical services on site shall be responsible for round-trip transportation fees, fuel costs, bridge and road tolls, etc. But if the user believes that our company has not provided an effective solution, the cost will be borne by our company.

3、 The technical service time is based on the departure date and return date, with the technical service period specified in the contract as the upper limit. If it exceeds the contract signing time, the expenses incurred beyond the limit will be borne by our company. The time below the upper limit is calculated based on the actual occurrence time.

4、 The total cost of technical services and travel expenses is 1000 yuan/day/person.
