Features: 2.1 Easy to operate, with free switching between manual and automatic modes, capable of achieving full automatic control, fully avoiding human errors during the work process. 2.2 Equipped with a comprehensive alarm system, it can effectively provide protection for equipment. 2.3 For some vacuum tempering furnace processing processes that require low heating temperature and large furnace loading, convection heating can be considered. To meet the requirements of fast heating speed and good temperature uniformity during the tempering process. 2.4 For annealing treatment of some tubular, slender, and thin-walled parts, it is recommended to use a vertical top loading or bottom loading structure to effectively solve deformation problems. 3. Selection reference 3.1 Users can choose nickel chromium heater or molybdenum heater according to the required tempering temperature of the workpiece. The maximum temperature of the nickel chromium heater is 700 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the molybdenum heater is 1100 ℃.
